My style as a therapist is warm, accepting, and patient. I’m interested in holistic care, depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief work. I take a humanistic approach to Life Centered Therapy, utilizing mind/body, psycho-spiritual, and energetic frameworks. Within these frameworks I use somatic trauma healing, and energy work. I have my Bachelors of Science in Psychology with a minor in Diversity and Inclusion. I am currently finishing my masters in Mental Health Counseling at Lesley University.
