Tatum Smith

Master’s Intern

Hi there! My approach to therapy begins with creating a safe, compassionate space where you feel free to be your most authentic self. I want you to feel heard, supported, and empowered in our work together. My role is to work alongside you as you explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences.

I take an intuitive, individualized, mind-body, and trauma-sensitive approach to therapy, often incorporating mindfulness practices to help build greater present-moment connection. Together, we can work through what may be holding you back, develop a deeper understanding of yourself, find greater meaning, and foster lasting healing in your life.

I am currently a second-year Master’s student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at William James College. Outside of the therapy space, I enjoy reading, trying new foods, doing puzzles, and practicing yoga.
