Master’s Intern

I approach therapy as a companion, assisting you to explore your experiences, reactions, patterns, emotions, talents and goals.

I believe the body holds the key to healing. I enjoy helping clients tune into their bodies, trace physical and emotional blocks back to their roots, and move that energy so it no longer holds you back. I specialize in helping clients, men in particular, break patterns of codependency and rebuild self-worth during and after emotionally abusive relationships. My approach is intuitive and draws on compassion, mind-body awareness and psycho-spiritual exploration to help you make breakthroughs and gain awareness of yourself on a deeper level. From there, we can build toward real, lasting change.

I am a second-year student completing my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Cambridge College (now Bay Path University). I enjoy athletics and spending time in nature.
