My career and education has focused on working with individuals, couples, children/families, and groups who are dealing with a wide variety of challenges including trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and grief. I provide a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and concerns. Through empathetic listening and validation, clients are able to better understand and comfort themselves through life challenges.
I provide healing and growth to clients who are impacted by emotional and physical suffering. I focus on psycho-spiritual, mind/body, energetic framework for healing and growth that is powerful. Other therapy approaches like family therapy, motivational interviewing, Jungian psychology, psychoanalysis, EMDR, CBT, somatic psychotherapy, and energy work. I offer telehealth and in person sessions at Life Centered Therapy Institute in Waltham, bilingual in Romanian and Hungarian.
