Audrey Fagnani

Master’s Intern

I am currently a third-year Master’s student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lesley University. My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches depending on each client’s individual needs and goals. I work primarily from a person-centered perspective, so a central part of my approach is creating a supportive, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves and talking openly about what they are experiencing.

I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which can help us explore patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and how they may be affecting your well-being. I use motivational interviewing when someone feels stuck or uncertain about making a change, and I incorporate somatic techniques by paying attention to how stress and emotions may show up in the body and using tools such as grounding and body awareness.

If you are experiencing anxiety or depression, feeling stuck or isolated, navigating a life transition, or simply looking for a space to better understand yourself, I would be glad to support you. Together, we can explore what you are going through, identify what matters most to you, and work toward changes that feel meaningful and manageable.

Outside of counseling, I enjoy reading, spending time with my pets, traveling, and hiking.
