I strive to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. In our work together, I meet you where you are, integrating somatic practices, mindfulness, and energy psychology to honor the connection between mind and body.To me, therapy is a place to explore patterns, understand how past experiences have shaped you, and set intentions for the future. Using a Life-Centered approach, I help you build self-awareness, cultivate compassion, and connect with your authentic self while healing old wounds.I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Social Thought & Political Economy and am completing my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling with a focus in Holistic Studies at Lesley University.
