Edye Caine

Clinical PsyD Students at William James College

Edye Caine joins Life Centered Therapy as a PsyD student from William James College. Edye’s educational career spans over 25 year having served in a number of roles including teaching and administration. She has taught a range of subject areas under the social studies umbrella, including AP world history, United States history and government, sociology, philosophy, economics, comparative religion and more. Her career shifted in 2017 when she retired early from education to launch her own counseling practice.

Edye received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Elementary Education from Mercy College. She later went on to obtain a Master of Science in Education Administration from Fordham University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and spirituality from Teachers College, Columbia University.

In her spare time, Edye enjoys walking, yoga, meditation and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
