Alison da Silva, M.Ed.

Pre-Licensed Mental Health Counselor (supervised)

Alison da Silva holds an M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (Cambridge College, 2025) and a B.S. in Psychology (Cambridge College, 2023), and is completing her clinical hours toward licensure as a Mental Health Counselor.

Alison is an established writer, energy healer, health coach, certified Thai yoga therapist and reiki master with 20 years of holistic care experience. She worked on a suicide hotline in Brazil for several years supporting diverse populations, and spent nine years in hospital settings working with stroke patients and others facing mental health challenges. She is bilingual in Portuguese and English, and has experience working with clients around childhood trauma, sexual abuse, addiction, couples therapy and depression.

A key part of Alison’s work is creating an open and safe space. She is fully present in session, listening closely so that clients feel heard, valued and accepted without judgment. When clients feel truly listened to, they open up, and that trust becomes the foundation for real change.
