Greg’s therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing happens through connection, self-awareness, and compassion. Drawing from Relational Therapy, he creates a supportive space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges.

Specializing in Somatic Therapy, he integrates Relational Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Play Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care to meet the unique needs of each client. Greg believes that because people experience a wide range of challenges, relationships, and life transitions throughout their lives, it is important to have access to individualized care and diverse supports that can be utilized along the way.

He works with children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, and behavioral concerns. Greg is also an advocate and ally of the LGBTQ+ community, he provides an affirming, inclusive, and welcoming environment where clients can show up as their authentic selves.

Greg earned both his undergraduate and graduate education at Lesley University, where he completed his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Trauma Studies. His goal is to help individuals deepen their self-understanding, practice self-compassion throughout their life journey, and move toward a life that feels more aligned, balanced, and fulfilling.
