What does a session look like?

One: Check in and find the most important thing to work on.

Two: Find out where are you are stuck, the root cause where your problem crystallized.

Three: Discover what practices or interventions are necessary if just being present with whoever was originally traumatized is not enough.

Four: Find the body sensation associated with what couldn’t be handled. Choose to become it from the inside out bringing all your attention to it, and then reparenting it by bearing witness and holding it with acceptance, without identifying with it.

Five: Discover if the body sensation goes away, which is a way of knowing immediately that something is changed.

Six: Discover any lessons you’ve learned and make sure you can live your life differently. Affirm your new way of being acknowledging that you can live differently.
