Master’s Level Intern

My goal in therapy is to be collaborative and client centered. My approach is holistic and integrative. In addition to Life Centered Therapy, I draw from numerous practices including health psychologyand systems theory to look at the bigger picture of your life— mind, body, emotions, and relationships. I often incorporate Mindfulness and somatic practices such as grounding, breathwork, and body awareness to help you feel more present and connected. Together we will create a safe, supportive space where you can explore challenges, tap into your strengths, and move toward meaningful growth and healing.
